UPDATE

my local MB dealership told the State Farm it would cost approx $31k to get the car running again because of water in the intercooler, supercharge, and 6 out of 8 cylinders having faulty readings coming from the compression test. Insurance is declaring a total loss. Basically I am screwed unless I either find a compatible engine OR try to by the totalled car from State Farm and pay for the engine out of pocket. I am on a mission to find a low mileage engine and see if I can get the insurance company to pay for it. Ill keep you posted...

E55 wagon, Porsche 550 replica
I would love an E65 wagon or while I'm dreaming a wagon variant of an S65 for the added interior space.

Hydro locked while driving through flooded streets. As far as we know no other damage. No water got into cabin. Seems like only bent rods, water in sc, water in cylinders and water in intercooler. Drained water out of the engine and a few of the cyclinders are gone according to compression test. I'm learning about all this as I go because I'm not engine savvy so sorry if I seem ignorant because I am...
