Here's My (Liberal) Translation
The Audi and the Mercedes E55 AMG, two formidable and sensational machines, intend to shake up all accepted ideas.
Design
As with Mercedes Benz and AMG, Audi also has a “sport” department. The RS6, the latest product from Quatrro Gmbh, has become the most powerful of the Audis ever built. Crowning the mark of rings, this very imposing RS6 has the wherewithal to stir the emotions even though its classic style evokes a certain coldness. With its large lines, its 19 in. wheels and its stance at the same time robust and muscular, the German gives first preference to aerodynamics without strongly stirring passion. It is, however, marked by its noticeable aggressiveness.
Injected with liveliness, the Mercedes E55 AMG cultivates the art of discretion. Apart from some add-ons, expensive for the manufacturers of the Rhine, it handles sportiness with austerity and tact. Its very pretty rims, 18 in a star, and its impressive double tailpipes reveal its pedigree. More sober in its demeanor, the E55 is undoubtedly the more serious of the two.
Motor
After the aesthetic artillery, the mechanical cavalry follows. With 450 horses under the hood, the Audi RS6 is endowed with an all-aluminum V8 force-fed by twin turbos. This 4.2 L with five valves per cylinder responds as quickly as an American V8. It is mated to a five-gear Tiptronic gearbox, along with the famous integrated Quattro transmission.
Even stronger and more powerful, the E55 V8 badged by AMG develops 476 horses. The E class becomes the most powerful Berliner of its category. The 5.5 L V8 supercharger is also mated to a semi-automatic gearbox with controls on the steering wheel.
