Thinking of getting into the MB world..
with an 07-08 AMG E63. I don't know a lot about MB. I have owned Porsche GT3s, BMW 550I...Any insight or info in what to look for would be helpful...Thanks

Low mileage, lots of warranty, make sure it is CPO'd and has no paintwork. And watch this clip. I know it's for the wagons but its a good summary of the differences.

The E63 is a great choice and you will enjoy it a lot 
In general, with any Mercedes, try to get the maximum warranty coverage you can because if something does happen, it can cost a ton of money and warranty can literally save you thousands of dollars.
There are not much mods out for the E63, so if you're looking to mod the car in the future, I would suggest looking into a low mileage 2006 E55. You can access an additional 120 hp very quickly and relatively cheap.
