So my wife had an accident yesterday looks like hood, bumper, fender headlight and grille will have to replaced should I do a e63 conversion or facelift if so what would the cost difference be rather than stock?

I would imagine a ton more, beccause you need the side sills, rear bumper, and decklid lip spoiler....I paid $625 to replace just a foglight, plastic insert, and temperature sensor mount.

my car is a cdi so wouldnt be doing the rear bumper, also I did search and found the parts list just wanting to know if price would be much difference in the stock vs amg conversion.

Get the car fixed with the insurance money and then trade-in the miserable 320 for an AMG, that will make you the happiest.

def put the sport on. IMO putting the e63 front end on a non-amg is borderline posing (if not all out posing), but putting the sport front end on your car would be "updating" the look.

For $3K+ on front-fascia work alone, you may want to consider a new car, like a E55 or E63. 3K is a decent downpayment on a 2-3yr old 211 AMG. Forget the diesel; go for displacement.

Definitely do not do it! Keep it stock or at the most the sport bumper but not the AMG bumper... There are enough posers with/without badges as it is!

If you're going to keep the car forever, then do whatever you want. But it'll hurt resale down the road. Nobody wants a Frankenstein. Esp the kind of person looking to buy a CDI.
