Well we r going to find out soon enough. All I know is that my car feels dam fast in this cold weather and I know my car pretty well so I shouldn't have a launch issue. E63 n my 55 is going to be very close that's for sure.
I raced a m5 multiple times there is videos up of it also. That's the 2nd 1 I raced and both m5z had same results with me. I wouldn't count me out just yet.
As for the ctsv, well that thing I've been dying to line up with just to see what it got. You might end loving ur 55 just a little more then you already do after tonite

I am picking up an SL600 (sold my 55) - I am going to have a custom tune done.. so the car should trap 122-125 once done.
My buddy has an 09 cts-v that has headers, cai, corsa exhaust, and a full custom tune.. hasn't messed with pulleys yet ..
he thinks he would kill the sl600 with custom tune.. how do you think i'd fair?

Yeah my buddy said that the headers/cai/tune basically opening the exhaust up and getting rid of the plagued torque managment thats on the LSX series motors made a big difference in the V.
I had bunch of vettes. Last one was a procharged z06 making over 580/610 with stock cam and no meth.. so I know the motors in these cars.. cant hit the track yet in jersey- hes hoping for a 130+ trap. He can drive, but I can too.. 486 rwhp c5 coupe with a procharger.. I ran a 10.87 @ 127 witha 1.67 60' with Nitto DRs
As soon as I get the custom tune, we are going to a road in mexico for some definitive answers. Drinks on the loser

Look at my numbers and go buy one anyway!
One of the guys in our club here has a V that he's tuned and has CAI on. He seems to think that didn't add a whole lot of power, but he's also the guy with the 1000+ hp Ford GT. Regardless, those V's are pretty hard to touch in a straight line stock, much less ECU & TCU tuned...

. I will bring the A game for sure. Its freezing out and its even colder out by where these guys are. Don't worry I got it man ! No matter what happens its going to be close win or lose i promise you that much.

OH MAN dont do that to me... I have work tom at 8am and I know im coming home late. I will see what time I get home. If i get home before 1am ill try and work on them and have them up by 2am otherwise friday early evening cauz i have to get a hcut and stuff and prepare for a night full of fist pumping . We'll me and mthis were on the thruway doing speed limit when a sl55 decided to come behind us and play. Well we all started to play in open road and we noticed fast last light coming behind us. He started behind me far left goes to far right behind mthis ans comes back to the middle to pull over the sl55.

In NY at night sometimes radar detectors are useless..they hide without radar on, and can simply just pace your car or judge that you are going faster than you should, and that is often enough. If they have radar on, then it is easier to spot of course!

Radar Detectors may not prevent all tickets, but they have saved my %^* well over a dozen times as I travel up to 200 miles per day. Not a ticket in 2 years-knocking away.

Ok guys night is over it was a sick night. Cts-v ended up being modded. He beat mthis modded c63 and blue my doors off. He didn't tell us he was modded but when u guys see the video of how he pulls 6-7 car lengths on me u will understand.
I met oldgixer up for 3 runs and he's as kool as they come for sure. I have all videos. I can definetly say and he will agree that we are pretty dam even. 1st race I jumped out cauz he bogged and my jump was too big. We did 45-160. 2nd race he jumped out in front and the race wasn't long enough for nething to happen. 3rd race I got a lil jump we were staying even and when I switched to 4th I pulled slightly. U guys will see the videos and u guys will all agree we are very even.
Overall fun night oldgixer was a kool guy and the ctsv was modded and destoryed all of us. Vids will be posted.
