So I did some research. Very simple. 2007 E63 AMG's with 30K miles +-5K miles are selling for around $41000 +-$3000. MOST of the listings you see in the high $40K, early $50K range, are the extremely unrealistic dealers who pay $42K in Highline or Manheim. The truth is ugly but these cars are not worth what they once were. I remember when I was first shopping for an AMG the E63 was still $60K!!!

Vazha, I watch Autotrader daily, searching for 07 E63, BLK or SLV, under 60k miles and see that 45-50 is pretty common, higher for CPO. May I ask where you were looking? Don't get me wrong, your numbers are exciting, since it's well within my price range. Any info you can share would be helpful.

And even the brakes aren't that bad. The dealer's rule of thumb is change pads change rotors, but a good indie shop will check rotor depth and slot depth and give them a good turn within specs. Man between the market and learning my cars value I lost a ton of money today

I just bought a 2007 E63 for 54k. 17800 miles and 1 year warranty left + 1 yr Certified warranty. Also bought 2yrs additional warranty. Car listed at 93,700. Good or bad or ok deal??? May drive it on track and looking for wheels.

Sounds like a great deal, assuming the car is as it should be. This is the type of deal I'm looking to get in the next 12-16 months for an '08 or '09.
Most cars under 20K miles are virtually brand new when properly maintained and taken care of.

At this point in the marketplace...
I don't think there is any 07 that has a 5 in it, with any warranty of any description. 07's with just a touch of warranty left (42-47k miles), without real special options, are just about to touch 30's at the auctions. These are great cars to drive, but just not in high demand (they are to us of course, but relatively speaking). As always, there are special circumstances and YMMV.
BTW, I think Dyer had two 63's, both were on OVE and ebay for a while.
