I think he mean he bought a STAR Diagnostic machine and he use it to lower it, etc and now he have no use for it and want to sell it?

Can I rent it?

It means he is selling his STAR diagnostic tool that has access to many MB parameters. Very expensive tool. And is wondering if there are any cool tricks to do with STAR before selling it. You can even lower the airmatic cars to a certain extent with this tool
