Hey man, I am having trouble dumping the CLS anyways and I jsut picked up a 2007 RS4 last week in place of our Volvo xc90 Sport. So why don't you keep the car and wait till you find something else. That is pretty crapy of E55 baller and I wouldnt be suprised if he pulled the carpet for a better deal and that is even worse.

I think I stold this one, its charcoal grey with the carbon fiber interior, 44k and I paid $42000 which I thought was a steal! I will get you a pic. as soon as this snow is gone. Its a salty mess right now. Better yet, maybe I will take a salty picture!
