I think $43k is a good price for a basically loaded low mileage cls. It is just tough to sell anything that isn't basically a give-it-away price right now. I would have bought a cls over my car, but I need the full back seat.

This time of year just sucks to sell anything. If you can sit tight for another 6 weeks or so when the weather improves I suspect you will get lots more action.
I wish I was in the market. I have been trying to get my wife to let me buy an E, but I know she would fall in love with the curves of CLS. Unfortunately, we are at least a few months out on any vehicle purchase.

As previously pointed out, your price is fair. However, right now if it isn't being given away, it's not selling...especially if it has 4 doors. The market is slightly better for 2 door cars.
I usually buy some sort of new 4 wheeled toy every 6 months or so but this market has kept me at bay since it is a pain in the **** to sell.
When I sell me E55 in a month or so (love to keep it but warranty expires in August), I'm thinking a $100 no reserve auction on ebay so I can actually sell it without having to screw around.

Sitting on a CLS55 isn't a bad thing, it's a gorgeous car and faster then any one you have owned. Sitting on the twinkie crumbs you dropped is a bad thing. Oh and spare me the response because I need to go grab something out of my Black E55 that I am sitting on because it ran an 11.376@123 as a stage 2.
