Service C?

I'm coming up on 46k and it tells me I need to complete service C in a few hundred miles. What does Service C consist of? I normally do all my own maintenance and have a Merc Mechanic who resets everything for me. Thanks!

little dude?? thanks for the advice but seriously? I did a search POTNAH! You cant search for the letter C. I dug through a lot of information by searching for maintenance and service without much luck. And what I did find had a lot of different information. I use forums for all of my Vehicles and know to search before asking. Which is why I have posted asking for help.

I recommend searching also or call your dealership. It has been discussed dozens of times which if searched properly would be found. gl

A Prius because I'm green
Mine has 41k and mine was just in for service C. I was told what was due was a service B, a tranny service and cabin filter change. I also needed a brake fluid change because I came up on my two year mark since the last change. What they did though was just an A service since I don't need them to change my filters out and a tranny and brake service for $700. If I could of I would have done it myself since the tranny runs normally $600ish so I'm told but I got it for $400. Labor and a lot of fluid, I really need to learn to do this crap myself haha. I hope that helps.

Depends on the weather
I thought C was the one where the tech walks around the car with a clipboard and nods a few times.. then charges you $600

After using the file provided...here is what Service C consist of:

1- Check Brakes
4- replace dust filter
9- check chassis and replace brake fluid
12- oil change and filter

SO I am already trying to find quality rotors and pads, will have to find how to change the dust filter with a little searching and change my oil.....

Thanks again everyone and sorry for the sharpness earlier..WHO DAT!

My car is currently at the dealer getting service C done as we speak..I had the oil changed myself and they still charged me $220 for the guy to go around the car..however i was told that he wasn't carrying the clip board though.Anyway, since the car is still under factory warranty i decided to get it done.
The computer also said i needed a brake fluid flush ($120) and a tranny flush ($240)
Total for service C..$640
Hope this helps..
