I had it on my front bumper, front fenders, and half of the hood but I removed it (except the front bumper) because after a year it had so many swirl marks it looked so dull compared to the swirl-free paint.
The best thing you can do for a car!
Oh and PS, there is a guy in Powell that is a professional installer and he is very ****. You will never be able to put it on yourself, it is a serious job!

It all depends on the quality of material. I had a none brand on my SUV and it did the same thing. Replaced with 3M and now after 2 years it is clear and scratch free.
venture shield films are really good. I had it on a black 911 for 2 years and it's scratch free. You just have to be more careful when cleaning stuck bird crap cause it has a lot of hard particles stuck to it. I detail my car often so a little wax and some film cleaner and it's ready to go and shinny as ever.
