Current: 2004 E55 Sold:350zTT
BIG thanks to Ahmad!
I picked up my E55 back in September and have been hunting down all the maintenance needed before I start doing power upgrades. Found out I needed valve cover gaskets and idler pulley (ic pump was first to be upgraded). Ordered the parts and Ahmad said he would help me out with the install . Risked the snow forecast today to help out a fellow friend, members like him make this platform superior and an honor to be apart of.

Wow I didn't expect to see a thread about this haha. No problem Bryce, let me know if any issues arise. My arms and fingers are all cut up and burn like a **** when I put on gloves at work lol. Trying to feel for leaks on a hot engine is not funl. That idler pulley was pretty nice. Hopefully it lasts a long time. Hopefully those valve cover gaskets dont leak for a longgggggg time. Painting them black looked pretty cool.

I have a similar story how another board member helped me out. Last thursday night I could not get my serpentine belt one, I tired numerous times. Exotic-metal55 was greatful enough to stop by my place at 730 am and put the belt on.
