Any one looking for a White e55 w/ pano??
I found this located in denver colorado. The price is a bit high but you never know, he might me negotiable.

I dont know why they are listing this as an 06, it was clearly made in 6/05.

I would think this would be an 05 without a doubt.

still not bad. Looks to have every option just about.

it sold about 2 months ago, for $29k i was about 10 mins too late lol had all service records, and 1 yr left of warranty

damn... that sucks!!!! so many 05/06s out there that can be had for $30k...i'm looking as well.. but has to be the right one like the white one...will have 2 w211s in my garage

Its not easy to find White with Pano..... really hard, specially with low price and well kept. If you see one, just grap it dont think becuase it will be gone fast.

$34,500 for a clean car with a warranty doesn't seem all that high to me. Granted, this one doesn't have much warranty left.....I'm sure it can be had for a bit less. Without a doubt these cars can be had for less, but then you usually have no history on the car and you still need a warranty. I think low $30k's is fair without a warranty. $34k-$36k for a low mileage car with several years of warranty also seems reasonable to me.
