The sickness.....
I know this isn't even remotely close to being E55 related, but I like you guys better. So, I'm letting you guys be first on the this forum to feast your eyes upon The Sickness......
My installer was very happy with my choice of 305/25/20 tires.![Big Grin](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)

Crappy cell phone pics is all I have for now. Once the 40" of snow melts here, I"ll get some proper pics taken.

For those that haven't seen my thread in the R230 side of the house, these are Savini Forged SV8 that I added matte black rivets, and matte black inner windows on the center spokes. They're custom painting a set of lug bolts matte black for me too, I just haven't received them yet. Here they are before they shipped them to me.

I know, I know....
I happened to swing by the dealer in my R500 to pick up the OEM wheels and tires. I snapped a quick iPhone pic. There will be a proper photo shoot when the snow here melts.
Pretty much any multi-spoke aftermarket wheel sucks to clean. I'm used to it, I guess.
Thanks Jody.
Thanks. See above.![Big Grin](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)
Thanks. Different is good, following the masses is boring.
Thanks, I'm digging them right now.
Haven't driven on them yet, but I'm guessing it's gonna ride like a Sherman tank, with those tiny rubber band tires.

You got your DR setup too right? Cause no way I would want to run those bad boys at the track

Clayton,
Excellent choice! Cars is going to look great once the weather breaks and you get some nice shots.
Hope you have better luck with the roads than i have been experiencing lately

QFT... Sheesh. Those looks great BOR. Like someone else said, nice to see a change of pace in the wheel race.

(I got mine, just hoping that a) I can get them here before the end of the month and b)MIR isn't cancelled end of the month, though it isn't looking so pretty.

Don't have a DR setup, per se. What I do have is 17" wheels fitted with R-Compound tires, not DRs. They were free, so I'm gonna try them out and see what's what. I know they're not ideal, but if I was able to cut a 1.79 on all-seasons, the R-Compounds might yield a better result with that famous MIR track prep.
Thanks!
Just a glitch in the matrix.
LOL, it's lowered via SDS already. It literally just came down off the lift for that pic, so I'm sure once I drive it a around a bit, it should settle a little more. Not sure how much lower I want to go though. Those tires are awful tiny under the wheel...

Quit worrying about the tires. My neighbor's CLS on 20's still rides pretty smooth. It's not as severe as a night and day difference, just a tad but more harsh.
