Feeler: WTB one front & one rear E55 stock AMG wheels
Curious if anyone has a couple spare double spoke 18" AMG rims for my E55 they are looking to sell? I need one front and one rear.
I have the worst karma with wheels and tires. In the pat year I have had 5 flats/dented rims.
Three weeks ago I hit a bad pothole and dented one of my forged rims...boo.
Last night I hit a crater on the Whitehurst freeway that bent TWO RIMS AND KILLED 2 TIRES!!!
FML!!
I am trying to decide how to proceed as my car now has 2 stockers on the passenger side and two of the 19" VIP Modulares on the drivers side. I may submit an insurance claim or I may go with a different set all together.
Anybody able to help???
Thanks!
Brian

If you change your mind, I have a full set of OEM 211 E55 wheels no rear tires with 40% on the fronts for sale at $850 plus shipping. Just let me know.
Thanks!

Thanks for the suggestions guys.
I found a good guy in Maryland that straightens rims and had him do the one 19" forged rim. I was able to wait for it, and the price was right...$155 including mounting and balancing. He even offered to put it on the car....which I wasn't about tol et him do..lol.
Wheel Worx Inc if anyone is in need.
BTW I called Ye Olde Wheel Shop and they really were a bunch of douche bags on the phone. Customer service is very important to me, so I wasn't about to give those jerks a dime.
Probably just get the stockers replaced by the insurance company.
