just bought 06 55 wagon
i have been waiting for a low mile 55 estate for the last 2 years and finally i found one. black on black 7200 miles keyless powertail drive dynamic muticontour heated and cooled seats. its like a new car and i am having it shipped to dallas and will fly in and drive back to vancouver. i am pumped and cant wait to get that bad boy on the highway for a few days. you can view it in autotrader its now posted as sold!

time to slap her up and teach her a lesson. jk of course. sometimes it takes a while but eventually people come around to realize the beauty that is estate/wagon.

The value of the wagon, in dollars, versus the value in fun and practicality, make it a 'never sell' for me. Even though we park it in the winter, it gets a lot of use the rest of the year.

They're amazing.

Disappointing that the W211 i the end of the line in the US.

Au contraire mon frere. as a e55 wagon owner, i am very keen to see the 212 estate stateside as a replacement to my aging 211. my dealer spoke with MB north america, it seems the 212 estate is indeed coming as a 2012 model year. they are talking august deliveries.

that said, i'm not holding my breath. but, it looks pretty good.

interesting. According to MBUSA, who I contacted just this week, they have no plans to bring either the E wagon or the new CLS wagon to the US in AMG form.

Hope you're right!

I'll just keep my E55 and pick up an E63 Estate. She wants a G55, but she can deal with the E55 until she buys hers.

G55? Do you live in the middle of the Sahara desert? What an odd vehicle.

Have her drive them both. The comfort difference will be incredible.
