Will an E63 stock rear diffuser fit my w211 rear bumper?

I really want to find a stock e63 rear diffuser and not sure if it is a direct fit on my 03 Bumper.

Does anyone have one for sale or know where to get one?
Looking for silver as I know the bottom of the diffuser is usually painted.

you need to change the whole bumper, e63 rear diffuser isn't a separate part.
