SLR McLaren FS (damaged) scam or not?

A few of us over here (Aust) have our eyes on this. Would be used as a track/rally car - not road registered. Re the price - bear in mind this includes shipping to Aust and 10% tax. Just sounds a little fishy to me - what do you think?? See also response from the dealer.

This SLR is a private sale from a customer of us.We are a luxury car dealership located in Sierra Vista AZ.We are selling Worldwide and sold cars before in Australia. This particular rare SLR is at this time for track use only. You will be able to register it down the road but not now because of the Australien Import laws. The price of 99000,-AUD and it is including shipping to Sydney and 10% GST tax.You would have to pay 5% private tax and some luxury tax on top of it.
The engine and transmission are perfect. There is also no damage to the frame or axle.We estimated the repair cost without using a new door at $38000.Let me know if you are still interested and we will send you more pictures.
You can reach us directly at +1 520 7321832 ext 3 for me direct.
Best Regards
Michael

Did any of you ever buy a car from the company?
