Hi guys quick question.

I had the dealer replace my front pads and rotors last month and since have noticed a slight metal pinging noise when going over bumps. Today I noticed that the driver's side outer brake pad is slightly loose...the other side is tight. Is this normal? Are they suppose to float?

BTW, the brakes are feel fine.

I would suggest that go back to the dealer and have them check...Im sure it just a brake dust and it might need to be clean...

JoelE55 is right. If I was you, I would certainly take the car back to the dealer that installed the pads. And have them fix there little mistake, at their expense. As this problem, shouldn't have accured in the first place. Thier must be a problem, with their quality control procedures.
