Lovely..
E55AMG99 - Those wheels are the AMG 5 spoke wheels - You can choose to have those or the split spokes at no extra cost.

I heard alot about the "brake by wire" not being as responsive as the "old fashioned" brake pedal. Is this true with your car?? Is the braking good? Does the pedal have a good feel to it?? Thanks for the info.

I like these brakes, you need to get used to it. it's also a matter of taste..
btw. Here is my dynosheet 480hp / 6140rpm and 730nm / 2690rpm (corrected)..what about exhaust-lengths?
this proofs it as marketing bull****. slipping slightly so truth is about 500hp and 750nm...

Why is the truth around 500 HP and 750 Nm if your dynosheets shows 480? I don't get it.

BTW: forget about dyno runs. They're great for comparison (before/after) but not for real precise power measurements.
Unless you take out the engine...

Let them put your engine out and test it directly on an engine dyno. This doesn't cost a fortune and delivers pretty interesting results.

Take a car and dyno it. Take the same car and dyno it after a few days. And then take the same car and dyno it on a different dyno brand. You'll be surprised.

The only chance to get an accurate dyno figure is to take out the engine...

Well, I already enjoyed your pics, I really liked them.
I want to see more of your beautiful car.
I post my pics as soon as I have the car (should be end of april, my car is at AMG right now), up til now my only experience with the E 55 is with two testcars from my dealer. BTW: if someone needs a E 55 in Germany for immediate delivery, my dealer still has an obsidian-metallic one in stock (brandnew).![Wink](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/wink.gif)
As soon as I get my car, we plan doing some real life comparison testing with a SLK 32 AMG, Porsche 996 Turbo, Ferrari F355 Spider, 360 Modena, Lamborghini Diablo, etc. Will be fun.
