Good luck..!! (not in a smart a** way) Anyone know how many are in the US..? Sweet if you can find one, I think they are pretty rare...I personally haven't seen one on the road, so I'd definitely double take at you..!

As I recall, the total imported wagons (E55 + E63) was under 200. Assuming some are no longer in service, they're hard to find.

Autotrader shows NONE.
cars.com shows a black one in Austin for $68K (feels steep)
ebaymotors.com shows NONE.

Great cars, although I'd include the E55 in your search. Love our E55 wagon (which we'll NEVER sell).

I am going to stick with looking for an e63 over an e55 wagon. If I cant find a nice low mile car I will get a new one when the new body style arrives later this year. But would love to find some garage queen with 10,000 miles and save some money.

Better keep looking for previously built E63 or E55 wagon then -

Not likely these will be brought into the US again. Too little demand to warrant them here sadly. My guess is these will be collectible at some point - nine months ago you could find a dozen of them of the various trader sites, no one or two max if at all. Total number of wagons imported here was under 170 so they are very scarce. Some enthusiasts don't dig the thought of driving a wagon in the US but for the few that like them, these were the bomb.

Good luck in your search and if you find an E63 wagon I would grab it as they're may be two or three for sale over the course of an entire year. I have watched them now for about five years and most are being held onto.

Most MB dealers all think the e63 wagon will come here again. I dont disagree that there is not much demand in the us for sports wagon and thats why the rs6 wagon is not here but that low demand was also the case furing the time period the e55 and e63 wagon was brought here so why do people think the new model wont come to the states ? I am not arguing just trying to understand where this info is coming from ?

I would love to be wrong on this -

And hope I am. Have been watching and talking to people at dealerships and MB North America about the new E63 wagon coming here and have not had any positive news on it. Good personal friend runs one of the largest dealerships in the country and was in Germany six months ago asking specifically if the US would get the new hell-wagon and he was told no. Let's hope something may have changed if you are hearing otherwise but I gave up on it after he returned from Germany. I think we may have been fortunate to get the previous E55 and E63 wagons at all. I did notice that when both Car and Driver and Road and Track (neither of which are a final authority) mentioned the US would probably not get this new wagon the ones on the trader sites began to dry up or doubled in price. Very tough to find now.
