Saying "no homo" is basically saying "I'm saying something that I know is extremely Homosexual, but I find that by magically saying the words "no Homo" it should cease it from coming out as Gay".

If you just say what what you're gonna say, without admitting your insecurity in it ("no Homo"), it'll come out sounding less Gay.
