P.S: The trim around the windows should definitely NOT be copper, it should be jet black, I think the best way to maintain the blackness, is to keep wax on those areas.

I used Back To Black on mine when I first got it, to try and get it to new again (although it wasn't coppered yet), it's supposedly only for rubber and plastic I think, but it worked fine, after that I applied a non-cleaner Carnuba wax to those black trims and continue to do so each time I Wax my Car. So far it's as good as new, and black as night (it doesn't get much sun to note).
P.S: The trim around the windows should definitely NOT be copper, it should be jet black, I think the best way to maintain the blackness, is to keep wax on those areas.

I'd recommend (I think it's Mothers brand) "Back To Black", and polish the hell out of it to see if you can get some of that black back, then put a pure (non cleaner wax) over it to protect, you'll be amazed at how much sharper the car will look when that stuff is all blacked.
