Special Spacers for Front Hubs?

Do we have different center hub in the front. Trying to get a 12mm or 15mm spacer & noticed the E55 is not listed @ H&R. There are some for the MB that says front only. Are they made differently? I did get a PM from a member selling one a smaller size that had what looks like another hub on the front. These other spacers i see has around a 1.5" hub centric lip.

I have 20mm H&R spacers on the rear wheels but my wheels are 19in and they are Brabus. The front one, are Brabus for and I think they are 15mm.
I bought the H&R from a shop in Dubai whose a dealer (or distributor) for H&R.
