Need help with Star programming!!

I have Star lowering and i need to pass a canadian inspection,so i will have to get my running day lights and miles to km done with star computer.

The question is willl this affect my Star lowering if they reset the computer?
I don't wanna lose the lowering setting .

Thanks

Will

Can you simply switch the Miles to Km/h??You have a US model E55 with the 160 or 200 mph?correct? So you think they can just play with the star and make your speedo show in km/h?Can anyone confirm that?

I can change my settings from the steering wheel, so I can't figure out why you would need Star. I can change my speedo from MPH to KM, and turn on my daytime running lights, which I have set to off.

Yes. The OP is in Canada, not the US. Please reread.

Star is not required for these two changes. The options can be changed via the the programming options available through your steering wheel buttons. The manual covers these changes in depth.

well you can make it show you km/h in digital mode only,it won't change the way the needle on the speedometer,it will still show miles on the speedometer and km/h inside the little screen.I wish there was a way to change the way the needle shows if it's mp/h or km/h.
