Front shock replaced ..... warranty/ELM question
Started having noise from the front passenger side especially when reversing and turning the the car to the left.
SA said needed Steering rack mounting plate..Had it replaced under warranty.
As soon as they delivered the car back to me,i noticed the steering wheel was off center not to mention the noise was still there.They picked up the car again and replaced the front passenger shock along with the mounting plate and an alignment.
So this brings me to my question.
So if i had an ELM installed,would mercedes still have covered the shock under OEM warranty ?
Thanks to that alignment,the baby feels great ( fast and tight
