E55 then E63, now back to an E55
I always thought offsets were different, but I know Marcus Frost did it.....
He put his SL65 wheels on E55....
My question is - how well does it work, the other way around ??
Putting E63 wheels on SL55 ?

I've never seen it so...FWIW IMO it would not look very good. SL offsets are more aggressive than E63 offsets, that's why it looks great when you put SL wheels on the E.
But, SL wheels don't look aggressive enough on the SL (for my tastes) and putting E wheels on would only make it less aggressive.

Yes they will work but no, it is not a good setup for the R230. The offset well leave the wheel looking "pushed in" and if you are going to swap wheels I'd recommend going to something wider to put a nice tire out in the back, like a 305/315.
