Back to the original point about calling the benz service....my dealership told me if I needed a new battery (front or rear)...to call the service and tell them I am broken down due to the problem (which at that point I was..dead in the driveway)...they will prioritize the service to come to my house and replace the battery CHEAPER than if I had brought the car down to the dealer. They were right about my cost, and apparantly they get paid more from Benz for the service call than if I had come in myself.
