CF Air Box yellowing???
Hey guys, I dunno if anyone would have any advice on this...
I picked up a carbon fiber airbox and python tubes from a buddy who got them from another member on here. I just popped my hood today after giving the girl a shower to clean the bay up a little and in the sun the airbox has a very gross yellow sheen to it... Looks like kevlar but cheap
Has anyone else with these airboxes experienced this and if so is there anything you could suggest to fix it? Is it just heat that causes it or is it just cheaply made? I'd hate to think the later of the two even considering the price I paid for these pieces used.

Oh man, that SUCKS, especially considering these are not cheap by any means. I would be so incredibly pissed I would just go out and kick the first stranger in the nuts just to feel better.

VRP, carbonio, and other e-bay carbon fiber items tend to yellow (and fade) very fast. I've seen it on so many carbon fiber air boxes.
I have not seen a single RennTech carbon fiber air box do this yet.
