thank you everyone for the love. the reason why i am running 265's is because the wheels were originally built for a CLS 55 so the offsets are more aggressive. therefore i had no choice but to go a size smaller to make sure the car wouldn't rub. my next step is to roll the quarters and see if i can get the rear a tad bit lower to get rid of the small gap.

I run a 265 on a 20x10.5 +32. Fenders were rolled and slightly pulled. Do you know the offset of your wheels?

If you're looking to run wider tires, you can have HRE or another rim shop shave off the pad (if you have the room)

i dont know the off set off hand. they were already milled down as much as possible to get the off set down but it still pokes a tad bit. i wasnt thrilled with the thought of a smaller tire but the end result made me feel alot better.

My +32 makes the rim flush with the fender, so you must have more aggressive offsets than I do. What brand tires do you run? Some tires have more rounded sidewalls than others

Maybe a bit of negative camber in the rear would help for the rubbing issues?? I'm running a 245/35/19 on my 10.5 wheel and stretch is very nice. maybe you can keep the tire and just pick up a camber kit for the rear. There is a company that makes it I know.

Good Luck (car looks great either way, when you go lower don't listen to the nay sayers as long as you like it)
