The smog laws will only get tougher as time goes by..

Slightly off topic , once the economy picks up a little bet,the big diesel rigs are next...also 1998 and newer light diesel trucks(Ram,GMC 2500,F250 etc.)starting in 2010 need to be smoged now.

I don't think the aftermarket will die as CARB gets tougher,they will have to adjust and come up with CARB approved products
