There isn't any shop that can replace the aluminum that is lost, when your wheel contacts a curb. But some shop use a thin coat of Bondo Glazing and Spot Putty, to do this work.
Sanding and airbrushing to give your wheel at previously untouched look and feel. And most people will not know the difference. It will cost you a little more, than simply sanding smooth the imperfection.

There were several shops in Dallas that would weld in a missing piece and the paint over, to restore the proper countour. Not sure it would make much difference on a small curb mark like yours.
