Here's the deal, I had a water leak in my trunk near the end of 2009 and got Mercedes to repair it under warranty. I picked up the car and was told the leak was fixed, a few months later I installed a sub and put the amp in the spare tire well. About 3 weeks ago I was driving a little hard and my system turned off, I checked the trunk and the amp was dripping with water. My car is currently at Mercedes getting the leak issue resolved again, do you guys think they will cover the amp since they never repaired the issue that they said they did...? The amp was $1000.00 if that matters. Thanks

That might be a tough fight, I would talk with the service manager. If he can resolve the issue, then the general manager. You should be able to recoup something.
