how much is this E55 worth?
'03, theft recovery (salvage title). 72k miles.

no options at all, not even xenon.

numerous scratches all over the body.

It would depend on the damage done during the theft recovery; if not much, then 15k would be a reasonable price given the high mileage and clean titled e55's with that amount going for around 22-24k

the owner says that just the vin numbers were destroyed so the car has a completely new vin number
