Congrats! Looks like a job well done, the wheels look a lot better also, but I kind of like the older w211 tail lights better, just mho.

 

What did the front end conversion cost if you mind sharing?

 

The E63 bumper have the headlights washers + parktronic, so I have to send this to a bumper shop... they fill the holes, remove the paint, prime, paint, clear coat... same thing with the side mirrors....Excellent job !! also let me take some pictures for the record + check the quality of the products they use...

 

If I paint the front hood will affect the value or record? I mean... hood have original paint, (car never been in accident, no previous body work) but I have some normal chips (very normal chips), but the shop toll me they need like overlap the paint to the fenders... fenders are in mint condition... did I should do it?, or keep the chips? need some advise...

Just in case you didn't know, the E63 bumper cover is available without Parktronic and Headlight washers. I posted the part number for this on my conversion thread recently:

As long as the paint is done perfectly and you take pictures to document it, I would not worry about it affecting the value, especially with the E63 conversion.

has anyone transplanted parktronic when doing the conversion. I'm wondering if i could just put the sensors in the mesh as i have an e55 with parktronic and don't want to give it up.

If you're going to be painting the hood, have you thought about doing the grille as well?

 

I am not sure... maybe... for now I am looking for new style factory headlights 07-09, anyone have a pair of this headlights? also I am looking for factory side markers for E63 bumper... anyone?

all OEM !! every single screw !! I was close to look for a E63, I realize that I just like the E63 look, I know my E55, good car, not problems at all, all dealer records, no accidents, know my beast, love the black opal color... to get a E63 I have to sell the E55 then look for a used E63... don't know if the E63 was abused or hiding problems... then lost money on E55.... put $$ to get the E63 so I think this is the my best decision, I don't care is 2004 I have plans to keep it long term, I am not a posser it's a AMG with a E55 badges !! also before start doing this yes, I drive test the E63....result... love my E55 !!

I know, I know.... it's not an excuse but car was all the way up after wash... I use to stick my hand and wash all around the splash guards, hand car wash never wash as I do ....
