Project Day - CF Trim Good Pics Finally
I posted a thread last week about the 3M DINOC CF wrap. I finally finished everything this saturday. I didnot have to take the door panels out, I managed to put the wrap on without removing them.
Day started off by Hadilaw getting a ticket for speed in front of this dad shop, yes that is me in the back seat

great pics! A tip for anyone wanting to change their plugs! unplug the battery! We forgot and sparks began flying everywhere!
Finally Properly installed the Diffuser. 3m Tape did't work so I pulled out the Silcone gun!
Custom Torque wrench!

Cops suck *****. I got in a motorcycle accident about four days ago because of sand and loose gravel going about 10mph and fractured my forearm and when I called the police to report the ****ty road and find out who is responsible they wrote me a ticket for driving to close to the right side of the lane! As though I should have been driving on the other side away from the undisclosed damage in the road. The cops where I live are *******s and idiots.
BTW, I flip off every cop I see, so it is nice to see.

Great pics guys! Did not realize that Hadi had an E39 M5..sweet! Love them in red too. I hope the cop was not a complete donkey's *** and it was not for a lot of $$
Great pics on the DIY on the plugs and the O2 sensor change out. How did you know that the O2 sensors needed changing, CEL? Do you find that you car runs any smoother with the new plugs, also are you running the one range colder NGKs like Shardul?
I did not realize the battery had to be disconnected to change the plugs..what positive wire that is removed has a chance of grounding when you change the plugs?

Precautionary measure on changing the o2 sensors. Gives the tuner more feedback since the sampling rate is a lot faster on the new sensors. Yes he is running a step colder plugs (heat range 7)

It's pretty easy to tell if the car has keyless go. Just look at all four door handles, if they all have the little black button on them, then it has keyless go.

There are also sites that can list the original equipment based on VIN, and the dealer will do that as well.
