20" Wheel Opinion
I still have my old set of iForged wheels from my Lexus. They are 20x8.5 and 20x10 staggered wheels, 5x114.3 bolt pattern, front ET+49 (approx.) and rear ET+43 (approx.). I've seen a website that sells 5 lug to 5 lug wheel adapters.
Do you guys think my old iForged wheels would work on the E63 with wheel adapters?

With the wheel adapters in the appropriate widths, I don't see why it would not fit. Obviously a new set with the correct offsets would be better, but this set can be made to work.
if the option is there, I would agree with the others to get a new set.

Once you start adding adapters, spacers, etc...you're going to introduce wheel vibrations. Get a proper set, made for the car and be done with it.

E 63S Wagon Renntech, E55 Renntech, SL65, SL 55 030, ML, bunch of old ones--they come, they go...
This is not just a bad idea.....
but a horrible idea. Vibration, improper offsets, wrong loads, bearing trouble, tire wear. Just don't do it.
