Also, that's nothing new. Vietnam got some crazy new money and they have some exotic over there. I was in Saigon in Dec 2005 and saw a silver CLS55 AMG there. It had a foreign license plate on, but the guy driving it was a young Vietnamese. In '05, the CLS is not even available here in the US.
