My upgraded fuel system
This is it, well sorta, It seems I'm still working the kinks out of it.
Starting from the rear, Ive removed the stock pumps leaving a modified basket so that the float/level sending unit still works. The tank has 3 8an fitting installed, 2 are pick ups and 1 return. I custom made baskets to surround the pickups and added fuel cell foam to the tank to help control slosh. There are two prefilter connected to the outside of the tank that feed into two bosch 044 each bosch has 8AN going out to the fuel rail were it connects to each side of the rail, there is a single 8AN out in the middle of the rail that goes to a raising rate regulator out of the regulator is 8AN return that goes to back to the tank. I have compleat control of pressure and the pumps will handle what ever you want to throw at it. From the stock fuel system to this, set at factory pressure I gained almost 2 point of fuel on my wideband.
I highly do not recomend going this route unless you have alot of back ground in fabraction and mechanics. This prodject has taken over a month to build and design and I still have unresolved issues.

Wow!! Big props to you...the last picture is that your stock fuel line? Did you fabricate one to replace that one? Again mad props for taking this under your belt.

Your fuel system update
Nice work SneakyNeon. You Might want to line your cover panels & above the pumps with Dampmat. Guards against noise & chaffing. And you found Metric thread swept bend Fittings _PTEngineering

Out Of Control!!
Now that is hardcore! That fueling setup should be good for whatever you throw at it (injector limiting unless you upgraded there too). I think it's E85 time for you Btw, nice catch can
That is a stock fuel rail with bigger AN fittings welded to it.

Very, very nice!
Mine goes on tonight but just the Bosch 044 pump.. Fittings killed me to find.. Had to get a 18mm to 10 AN male/male and then a huge 10 AN female to 5/8 barb for the inlet hose..

195mm pulley
85mm TB (82 bored)
Short headers that are less than desirable, no cats 3 inch into magnaflows
Some light port matching and blending on the tanks and IC
Water/meth
rear mount water tank
OE tunned (after one flash it was out of fuel)
My CAI has not proved any HP gain but no loss either so if anything its sounds cool!! lol
Crank case Evac
Fuel and more fuel
Intake/SC thermal spacers
I basical do all of the work my self, mostly out of poverty
I have two things that I really want to do, Long tube headers and a quife. Maybe fine tune the tune a bit.
Best pass has been 11.28 @ 128 I think theres more in her now the fuel is done.

First is the slush, so so hard to get this worked out, basicaly anything under 1/2 tank it will starve the pumps when you come to a stop, I built baskets and put foam in the tank and now its "ok" to about 1/4 tank but now the foam like come in contact with the float and it sticks so the gas gauge wont work. Its going to take some more work to get it right.
Now the real one that has me stumped is that the pumps start out fairly quite but after about 30 min they progressive get noiser and noiser, It gets crazy loud! I though it was the prefilter causing it, redesign-no luck, I wired the pumps to the stock harness and though maybe the ecu was cutting power to the pumps, nope-13.5 then I though the ecu migh be Neg ground control so I re wired the pumps, nope thats not it. I have no idea? I think I may try going to #12 pick ups in the tank instead of the 8's.
I also think the fuel itself is to warm, maybe thats the issue?? but its bath water warm.
Keep in mind I'm fairly poor by this forums standards so its hard for me to throw money at it, I'll keep tinkering till I get it though.

most of what u are doing is over my head and beyond my comprehension so i apologize if this question sounds offensive - im just naive. what exactly r u looking to accomplish with this mod? is there that much to be had power-wise to justify such a seemingly drastic and extensive project? or is it just for fun?
