Rotor/pad squeals when Not on the Brakes?

My rear passenger wheel squeals intermittently when not on the brakes. It almost sounds as if there is a rock or something caught in brake pad that contacts the rotor when the wheel spins. If I stop, reverse and then forward again, the sound goes away Any ideas? I tried to search already. Thx

Car only has 7000 miles and pads are like new. Also, aren't the wear sensor squealer audible when applying the brakes? My sound happens when rolling (no braking).
