wow! this is entertaining! Some one get arrested for that..this is just LOL! Too bad I am out of country for couple months, I would love to see that guy in person, but probably he will get deported before I come back to the US.

Yup, 5 a year. But there is a little well known trick in the industry. You buy a car private party and have the seller leave the pink slip BLANK on who he is selling it to. Just have them sign it, then you turn around sell it and then put the new buyers name on it after your sold it.

This is what I do on the side myself when I need some extra cash.
