Need help, stripped a bolt
While trying to install the R-Dash LED license plate lights, I accidentally stripped this bolt on both sides. Is there an easy to fix this? I'm thinking worst case I would have to cut the bolt and replace the plate cover. Thanks~

Stripped mine as well when I was replacing the finishing piece to the newer style one, in my case I just pryed it and broke it off. Didn't care about messing up the old piece as I was replacing it anyway. Remembering how it is mounted I don't think there is any easy way to get it out without scratching the paint or breaking the tab that is already stripped holding the bolt in place. Now may be a good time to upgrade to the newer style trunk piece.

Good deal you'll love the look. I don't remember the part number, but it should be easy to find. Including paint I think it cost me under $200 and 10 minutes to install, worth every penny.
