The cd changer still plays but the door won't open....is it a fuse or motor just shot?

Anyone had this problem?

If that doesn't work, check upper control panel fuse #31 (5A) and CDC #26 (7.5A) at interior fuse panel (left side of dash) if fine, pull wait a few minutes and reinstall, this may reset.
