I know its not an E55 but an S55, this forum seems to get much more trafic....
What is yalls opinion on this S? Looks very clean. Would try and get a PPE.
Can someone run the VIN to see warranty work?

I believe you have to be the owner to run a VIN # and get the master record. At least that is what I was told by several of my local MB dealers who refused to give out that information.

looks great, and 65K miles is nothing for these cars.
five things:
imo, black is the best color for the S55, "meaner" looking than my silver. Many members say black is the hardest color to care for, but I've never had a black car so can't comment.
Here is the post for adding bluetooth to a 2003, more hassle and expense than a 2004 if the parts aren't already there (see next post at that link) .
20" wheels might give a harsher ride than the stock 18s, and this car was meant to be smoooooth. Edit: they look good, though, don't they?
don't see parktronic listed or in the photos - was it even available for 2003 S55? I have it on my 04 and it's very handy

As-Is - Extended Warranty Available.
it would not be wise to buy this (or any other 55k, 63, 65, or 600) without a very good warranty. I've had mine for 15 months and have 4K in warranty repairs ($3,500 is ABC struts, look it up, this one will likely end up having ABC issues as well)
And don't just "try" to get an independent inspection, insist on it or walk away.
