I traded my 06 E55 with 72k on the clock + $15k for this.
The "story" was the owner is very rich and has several cars. Why this one didn't get driven more is a mystery.
I paid $1395 for Mercedes CPO, which lasts one year. After that I will hit up Chrysler.

The CPO warranty can be extended for 2 additional years (3 total). Call the dealer you purchased from to discuss - not sure of the policies regarding when you need to purchase the extension...
