What is the best wide band sensor for our cars? What is everyone running? Install help would be great too! Thanks guys!

Has anybody tried Innovate wideband o2 sensors? Looks like they can be had at a reasonable price and look nice also.

'13 GT-R AMS Alpha 9+, CLA45, E55
I used to have AEM's wideband O2 and EMS in my DSM and it was really nice.

I think they just sell the wideband and gauge as a kit.
