Mega West Coast MB Meet!
The girl is back! I have been super busy in school but I am ready to take a well deserved spring break and host the biggest MB meet in history! My goal is to get all the top tuners at this meet. I plan on contacting AMG and MBUSA to see if they will participate. Looking for helpers and tuner contacts or vendor contacts. Please contact me if you are interested in helping. I would like to see it happen in early 2011. I have already talked to the Santa Barbara Show Grounds and they are willing to host us like Bimmerfest.

Freaking awesome!!!!! Let me know if I can help with any marketing stuff (flyers/T-shirts/banners) as that's what I do.

Cool!!!! Can't wait to see you guys again. I will confirm the date, location, time, before I post the thread to start the name list. Thank you vendors for saying your in. I will send you a PM with the details.
T.J.'s requires a permit and insurance to have vendors and raffle prizes. I had to get the approval of five people last time.
I don't think they care as much when it's just a few cars. I will contact a few dealerships as well to see if they would be interested in hosting it at their location. If any of you vendors can host it with room for a couple hundred cars that would be great.
I would like to plan this right so we can have vendor booths set up. I also thought it would be cool to get a few vendors to speak about different things. Nitrous, explain the ECU and TCU, or whatever you guys would find interesting. I know Meguiars will show up if I give them a few months notice. If we do this right guys it will take a few months to set up. I'm making Ahmad come give a presentation on track advice or Alan you can do that? I am sure Ahmad would appreciate me not forcing him. LOL We could also do a car show like I did that one time and have the members vote. I need help reaching out to business owners for raffle prizes. We can put their name on the banner that will be displayed at the main booth. I am open to ideas guys. Danny your help with the flyers would be great. I should have a few days to work on it next week. This does need to be the epic meet.

And PM me the info for the flyers or whatever else you want to make and if you want any help designing the stuff.

Jrcart-I would love to do something like that but I don't have a location to use. Famoso is too far for the San Diego guys that come. I bet Erwindale would be way too expensive to rent out. El Toro Base would work but I don't have a contact. If you know of a place or can get me a contact I can make the call.
