Prototype locking bolts (limited quantity)
I have a very limited quantity of some lug bolts that I think you will find to be very innovative. There was a lot of discussion going on about locks and I was saying that I may have something available soon that would solve a lot of peoples problems. I think I have it now!!!!
Let me introduce the Dency 2000 lug bolt to you. I had seen these in lug nuts but not bolts so now, we have them in bolts for the Mercedes.
This is everything that comes in the package-

Let me take a second to explain how it works. The bolt screws in to hold the wheel iin place obviously, you need to use the special key to screw the bolt in just like any lock (that is where the function of most locks end). After the bolt has been screwed into place you push the silver cap on, no need to screw it, just push it and it locks into place. Once the cap is on there it cannot be removed without the key no matter how hard you try. The cap has a magnetic lock and the secondary key releases the magnetic lock when pushed on the top of it. It's an awesome concept that will leave thieves scratching there heads.
Here is the cap and magnetic key-

There is no lock that is more unique than this that I have found. We are importing these but we only brought in a small initial run to check wheel clearances and the such and I have a limited number of these left.
They are $170.00 and will offer you total piece of mind.

No problem, we are always looking for new things, we have been real world testing some stuff on the performance end too and we have not found to many groundbreaking ideas in that area yet. There are a lot of things I would like to get made for our cars but to do it correctly at a price point that makes sense takes a lot more money then we are capable of spending right now. I will keep you guys updated when we find cool new products or innovative performance parts.

E55 then E63, now back to an E55
Wow, pretty amazing.
I like them a lot. Congrats on pioneering this field/bringing it to us here.
I think I need to order a set of lug bolts from you (not these though) in stock length..... refresh my memory again, I believe it was your company that posted maybe a month ago about the other new lug bolts - sorry that's about all I know so not much help. But I seem to remember them being a reddish color.
They went onto the shop's new E55 - some new innovative design.... Please help !!!
Thanks

I do not have these in ball seat at all and I do not think we will have them made in ball seat either, the demand is just way to low and the costs are too high to get them made in the quantities needed for custom orders in ball seat.

Is there a big run on factory Mercedes wheels getting stolen that I don't know about? I think the thieves around here in NY know that the factory wheel is not too desirable and they leave them well enough alone, aftermarket wheels however seem to be very popular with the thieves.

uh oh....apparently my choice of words could have been better phrased. I'll
modify it:
okay, thanks for clarifying. I guess these locks are good only for those who
have aftermarket, cone seat rims. thank you.
there. btw, neighbor down the street just had police and k9 converging on his
driveway. seems he saw folks jacking up his car for AMG rims. aw-ite?

I would say that half the cars that I see in my shop have the wrong lug bolts on them anyway, not many people know what the difference is between ball seat and conical seat and it doesn't seem like many tire and wheel installers know either because I am changing them to the correct ones all the time.
For people that want ball seat products we do have a lot of stuff available and we are coming out with new products designed for ball seat applications but these fancy types of locks will not be a part of it because there is not enough demand. We do have very low cost regular lug bolt sets that we can sell that are in ball seat for about $28 a set of four with a key.
