2006 E55 help
I purcahsed an E55 in March and in 3000 miles my engine blew with 79,000miles on it I waited 3months and spent $17,900 at a MB dealership to finish job they said was covered for 6months aginst mechanical failure I pick up car and drove it less then 300 miles and it blew again, bent rod and parts blown out of bottom of engine. They day was perfectly sunny and I was on a highway which it was recovered from by a tow truck. I figured I would be fine and they would just have to do job over again and I would just be out my car for anothe long period of time (they never did offer me a loner) come to find out they had an inspector look over engine and he said the motor got hydrolocked and is not covered. Does any one else find this odd that on a highway on a sunny day I hydrolocked my engine. My car is completly stock. Everything is documented. In their report there isn't even a picture of the air filters which are K&N and IMO if water was pulled thru them there would be discoloration where it passed thru the oil soaked filter. Looking for somone qualifed to inspect this engine and a good lawyer to take this case. Any help anyone can give me would be greatly apperciated.

Eveything I have read says, basically if I were to hydrolock this car they would have pulled it out of a large body of water it was done in. I've always heard dealership horror stories now I'm one of them.
