Questions on E55 Options

Does anyone has the "driving dynamic seats"? how are they?

and what is the "Infrared reflecting multilayer glass all around with break in resistance"?

what does the "Voice recognition module" do?

Thanks

reflecting multilayer glass

If you use a radar detector I'd be very cautious about getting this option. I had a 745 with this type of windshield and it made use of the detector almost impossible.

For the price, I can't see how the drive dynamic seats provide a reasonable return on investment.
I haven't experienced them, but have read that the effect is subtle, and only kicks in during aggressive cornering.
(If you haven't read about them, they're inflatable bolster bladders which help counteract intertial forces which move your torso to the side while cornering at speed).
They're quite 'gimmickey', and certainly aren't one of those 'must have' new features which help resale value for the car, etc.
I'm sure there are people out there who think they're wonderful.
I suspect they're in the minority, however.

One Thing...

I believe the "pulse" feature does not come with the standard multi-contour seats. But they do come on the drive dynamics.

I've always wanted to be a minority! Now I can apply for all kinds of government funding.

But really, I do like the drive dynamic seats. I tried them out and the range of movement (about 1-2 cm) was perfect, although the response of the seat was suited more towards long sweeping high speed curves than the 40-70mph slaloms you get in the mountains around here.
